We are a surf school in Phuket
Thailand run by surfers. Our surfing history runs over 35
years in the Asia Pacific region.
Learn to surf with experienced
and certified surf instructors who can teach you the
basics of surfing to more advanced manouvers.
Our surf school equipment is second
to none. All beginner surfing lessons are done on soft top
surfboards, not hard boards or tiny little shortboards.
Our equipment is dedicated learn
to surf equipment.
Safety is of course one of our
surf schools major focal points and we will make sure you
are safe in and out of the water and that you can build your
confidence while learning.
Your surfing instructor will always
be in the water with you.
The majority of our surfing classes
are run from Bang Tao Beach, which is probably the best
beach in Phuket for learning to surf.

Please note: The
surfing season in Phuket is from April
to September, at other times there are
no waves for learning to surf the sea is flat

About Your Head Instructor
Rick Gamble born in Sydney Australia, has been surfing
since the early 70's, prior to this he joined the junior lifeguards
(nippers) at the age of 6. Rick now resides in Phuket and runs a
busy surf shop and surf school.
Rick has free surfed extensively throughout Australia
and Asia, first visting Bali in 1983. In 2001 he placed 5th in the
Quiksilver Phuket Contest. Not driven by competing, Rick surfs for
the pure stoke and enthusiastically shares this stoke with his students.
Previously he was and still is a registered nurse
completing his training in 1983 mainly working in ICU and A&E.
In Thailand, Rick worked in the hotel industry holding positions
such as HR and Training Director and his last post was Resident
manager at a 5 star hotel in Koh Samui.
Now acredited by the NSSIA as a full surf instructor.
Rick and the team with a 100% success rate, will have you up and
surfing in no time.

I had a great
time learning to surf and now I'm addicted to it. I'll be back again,
and on the next visit I'll stay somewhere near Bang Tao Beach.
